      Pros

      The people were extremely nice. As a co-op, within the first few weeks, my work was going to be worth something.

      Cons

      Some of the employees in the labs have been there for a long time and are a lot older. They seemed to be having a hard time accepting that younger people are becoming in-charge of them. This was expressed to me verbally by one individual.
