      Pros

      Great opportunity for international employees and women. Some great managers at the the top. Very steady business always slowly growing. Benefits are very good.

      Cons

      Company has run out of ideas to save money and grow sales so is slashing internal staff and going to "global hubs". Has gone far away from its plans to become a best place to work.

      Multinational allowing for growth and development, internal online and on-the-job training. Team work, communication and management skills valued the most. Opportunity for recognition of efforts beyond one's job via YCMAD programs.

      Small office, distant location and little light in the room. (Sofia office) Limited opportunity for further development after end of short-term assignments.

      there are many opportunities to growth a career and try new things, they foster a continuous improvement environment and with a good work life balance

      Cons

      they are sometimes slow to make decisions, being a mobile employee and relocating often to any city is highly valued, could better utilize systems
