      Pros

      - Colgate is a truly global Company, when working there you really feel you are part of a global team. Lots of interactions with people from different geographies - Financilly solid with consistent positive results - Very focused and internally aligned - Strong team spirit. Respect and caring values applied.

      Cons

      - You need to be globally mobile and make yourself 100% available in terms of timing and location in order to grow in the company. If being an expat you reject a move to another country you get localized in whichever country you are at this moment - Too centralized few room to develop ideas or new ways of doing - Diversity only in terms of nationality, few women in top management and most men with same traditional profile (married with wife and children following them around the world)
