      Great overall company, but the culture that was so attractive in the past is rapidly deteriorating

      Pros

      They truly believe and strive to be an ethical, fair and honest company.

      Cons

      The company is not authentic in it's communications to it's employees. It lacks or has lost it's focus on developing talent. It tolerates bad middle managers and it has lost it's focus on truly caring for it's people.

      Pros

      Colleagues are mostly great, and usually very capable. Plenty of scope for high flyers, with promotion often from within, and many opportunities to move globally, but only for the very able.

      Cons

      Be prepared to give your pound of flesh. Seems to becoming a less caring environment - but that might be a normal sympton of the tough economic climate.
