      * Good work life balance * Truly global company with a diverse work force * Reliable business that is well run * Good corporate culture * Good overall morale

      Cons

      * A little to focused only on cost cutting, need more focus on growth * Culture in the HQ is a little more political than elsewhere in the company

      Overall a good place to work but seems to be on the decline

      Pros

      The people are great, the pay is okay, if you can get a job assignment on a good project with a good boss it can be a really good place to work.

      Cons

      Not many good job assignments or good bosses, the company has focused on cost savings to the point were innovation is on the decline, sales growth has slowed and the company is trying to find it's way...with more cost savings.
