      Pros

      Great benefits package except must start at only 2 weeks of vacation (you can buy 1 week every year), summer hours Solid review process and individual development process. Management is very transparent Good onboarding and training

      Cons

      Very financial driven company. If your team performed badly (bad customer or out of your control), no bonus!! Good to attach to performing teams!

      Overall the people are very competent at their jobs and work environment is friendly. Ability to travel to various locations internationally.

      Cons

      Base salaries are low and path to promotions are long. Company is a bit conservative for its own good.
