      Pros

      Great place for young professionals to start business carrier. Good team, caring atmosphere, a lot of corporate trainings, opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      As company in Ukraine is not very big – at some moment you may feel limitations for your further growth locally and sometimes it will not be easy to go for international assignments.

      Pros

      Benefits package - Full medical, excellent dental, 401K company match up to 6% of contribution. Casual Friday, office closes at 1 pm on Friday for summer hours. Salary is competitive. Job satisfaction relies quite a bit on where you are assigned and its the luck of the draw. Managers are rotated constantly.

      Cons

      Admins are assigned to up to 9 people. They have a lot silly training programs that don't really apply to admins although we were forced to participate. Company is extremely cost conscious and focused on shareholders.

      really not best place to work and a few (alot) managers think thet are the alpha and omega!
