      Old school thinking but excellent benefits

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits for higher positions. Good development plan. Opportunities to work abroad. Most of the times a very friendly environment.

      Cons

      Most of the employees have a old fashioned view of things and a closed mind. This could be due to the fact that a lot of people have been there since the plant started and most of the middle managers were founders of the plant. Very few young people, and some co-workers can be very unfriendy.

      Great place for young professionals to start business carrier. Good team, caring atmosphere, a lot of corporate trainings, opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      As company in Ukraine is not very big – at some moment you may feel limitations for your further growth locally and sometimes it will not be easy to go for international assignments.
