      Pros

      Benefits package - Full medical, excellent dental, 401K company match up to 6% of contribution. Casual Friday, office closes at 1 pm on Friday for summer hours. Salary is competitive. Job satisfaction relies quite a bit on where you are assigned and its the luck of the draw. Managers are rotated constantly.

      Cons

      Admins are assigned to up to 9 people. They have a lot silly training programs that don't really apply to admins although we were forced to participate. Company is extremely cost conscious and focused on shareholders.

      The people and working enviorment were great. the projects assigned required a lot of work and responsibilities. a very enjoyable experience

      Cons

      I was put with a mentor that had nothing to do with the project i was assigned to. he was always out of town, not very helpful
