Same as cons, Very toxic Manager especially for me even after delivering record numbers, completely shunned, personal targeting is very high. H.R department is a complete waste it took them 2 months to properly onboard me and i had to work for 2 months without company data access, same goes when i resigned said fnf and final documents will be received within a max of 30-45 days as i am writing this 2 months are done and no proper response from H.R department regarding fnf and final documents, completely wasting our time.

Risk adverse but with a stated desire for change. Trying to drive change from the middle management (not working) vs driving change from the top. Hasn’t changed any of the top C-suite or President leadership who aggressively state that they want those reporting to them to own and drive change, but stops/stalls it when they don’t understand so it’s tough to move at the speed of culture.
