      - good remuneration - good team and head of team (Trade Finance) - independence at work - large and nice office - pretty flexible working hours

      Cons

      - policy during Covid (almost all employees could stay at home apart from a small number of people who had to be at the office) - cafeteria food - no remote work options - sometimes lack of cross-team transparency - lack of room for career advancement
