      The attitude of the employees - bad behaviour is not being addressed and it is accepted that people deliver bad quality. It is extremely demotivating environment, where people at work lie and quarell with you if you want do simply do your job. With employees who do not want to contribute and take responsibility for their work, plus flat structure of management with almost no possibility of escalation will not help to execute new Strategy 2024.
