Pros
In commerzbank, you don't have to work much. Basically no one cares about what you're doing during working hours, if you work from home and don't do anything the whole day, no one will even notice. Everything is very flexible and you mostly manage yourself.
Cons
Very bad salary. Pay increases are minimal. If you need to work with your colleagues to finish some task, they're not available most of the time even during working hours.
