      It was a good experience for young graduates

      Pros

      Good benefits (various allowances and quite sufficient medical insurance) , competitive salary but it might differ base on different projects.

      Cons

      Management may not be handling office politics well, and try to stay out of office politics if any. The job tracks ur performance base on various KPI(s) but it would be a decent exposure for fresh grads overall
