      Good salary. Convenience office location.

      Cons

      No double pay for working on holidays. Working station change too frequently.

      Above the pay grade compared to other BPOs

      Cons

      No clear goals defined on the project. Constantly changing metrics for KPIs which you will never meet. Turnover rate is high due to due lack of transparency between reps and management.
