Work in your mother language, working hours are certain and never violated. Newcomers are provided with month-long theoretical training and a month-long practical training.

Cons

The company does not provide all the necessary information to work, many things change on the go, it's the responsibility of the employees to keep themselves updated. Not modern PC/mouses/headphone. No days-off on bank holidays. Working weekends. Not stable technical conditions (internet, internal platforms, tools etc).

My worst work experience ... they treat you like slaves and have no respect for your sanity! Amateur team leaders and also all the rest of the management. They don't give any help! avoid working in this place... believe me!
