      Competitive salary on the Berlin market for starter function jobs.

      Cons

      The organization is a mess. Referral incentives are seldom payed out, HR department is excruciatingly unresponsive, managing team and project leads have seemingly little interest in their employee wellbeing and job satisfaction, a lot of micromanagement and very little faith.
