Pros

No obligation to dress in formals Company transport Supervisors and managers are understanding

Cons

High stress environment Incentives are very less as compared to other companies in the same industry It's a pure BPO job Employees are not professional HR policies are bad 9.5 hrs shift

Pros

Literally no pro's to working here, not one. Well, they don't drug test. Which when you get there and start working you can tell cause there's for sure some addicts working there.

Cons

None of the "tools or systems" ever work so you can do your job correctly. Supervisor's just tell you to put them on hold while you ask anyone if they know what to do. My paycheck was late EVERY single time due to HR/payroll being backed up. They add the wrong amount of taxes to your check which I'm sure is illegal federally. and to top it off they withhold your final check from you after you find a more appropriate, better opportunity for work. Literally the WORST job I've ever had.
