      Pros

      If you are new to the industry, you will learn, but after 6 months there is nothing left to learn. Unless you want to climb an imaginary career ladder that has more steps than needed.

      Management treatment and unrealistic expectations.

      it's a good pay for people would like to start first career in social media marketing, they give all training needed

      Cons

      the salary for higher positions are not good and in the same time the give you 1 years limited contract then another year before you got the unlimited
