-good opportunity to start in a new field -HO

Cons

-concentrix is the middle man: the projects are based on what the clients want so there is no use in bringing up new ideas, etc -pay is for experienced employees to low -team leads have no expertise usually -if you dont reach your kpis they are constantly on your back, if you do and want to get a higher position they will not promote you as there is a lack of ppl who constantly reach their kpis

Unfortunately, you are right in saying that by being the middle-man it is harder to implement innovation, however despite the lengthiness we do take our staff input very seriously and try to apply it to the best of our ability. the one and only pros to get your salary in time

Cons

just forget about all your worst experience in your life, this is the worst case. they just hire you to only for your probation period, after it they fire, nothing to do you are performed well or not.
