In hiring, you can negotiate for better pay as I have seen people get above-average pay. That's where the pros end.

Cons

It was full of cons after merging with Prokarma and acquiring one of their BFSI projects. At the time of writing this everyone is resigning due to management. Poor work-life balance, (People from higher management will make you sit till 3 AM to work) Bad managers, FIlled with managers who are rude and know how to play safe and blame others.
