      A mixed bag

      Great people (mostly) Opportunities Some good initiatives Charitable foundation

      Cons

      Not all sites as good as others - I'm at my third site and loved the first two but most recent site looks beautiful and is well equipped but has an awful culture - I've seen people from previous sites I thought were confident and bulletproof leave through mental health and I have felt personally negative effects. I should stress though that this is NOT all sites and I returned to DHL based on my previous good experiences with them. Pay low where they can - better pay on some customer sites where they need to compete with the pay of the customer to stop employees defecting Tight with tech - hard to do jobs efficiently and can make you feel undervalued Awful payroll - had major issues with pay at more than one site
