I worked in a very organized and friendly team. The atmosphere was quite good. Tasks were interesting at the beginning, but repetitive after a while.

Cons

repetitive processes and difficult to make changes and the operations. Most of the employees worked in the organization for many years and are reluctant to any changes.

Good pay (Germany), international environment, nice people to work with, flexible hours as long as you get the job done (differs from manager to manager)

Cons

It can get boring at some point if you don't learn how to mix tasks and be good at networking.
