      Provides training, but poor management support

      Pros

      Provide full training for their staff, and the office that I worked at has great employees. I never felt alone working there, and there is always peer support available. Even when facing difficult situations at work, there is always someone to talk to. Good medical benefits. Employee welfare is well taken care of.

      Cons

      Bonus is not great. The senior management does not hear you out. Basically the managers go on doing their own things and the line agents try to settle things on their own. There are a lot of 'managers' within DHL that are redundant, and seems that DHL is paying them for nothing. Anyone wanting to work with DHL has to be careful in choosing the department they want to work.

      DHL Express is a really exciting, fast moving, international company and offers a plethora of satisfactory career opportunitities.

      Cons

      DHL Express has been downsizing its structure over the last couple years and hence most of the career opportunities are now centralized in Bonn, Germany.
