Salary is way above the average salary in Germany for students of corporate education in Business Administration & Information Technology. If you have top academic and on-the-job results, you get the chance for an internship in or outside of europe.

Cons

Unfortunately, not all students of corporate education are as integrated and individually developed as I am. Also, the theoretical part is not integrated in the practical part as it should be, thus it's not necessarily the fault of the company

Good benefits, but career development should be improved

Pros

Benefits: A number of benefits. Generous car policy. Good bonus payments each year. Very good offices, very well equipped. Home office possible depending on your boss.

Cons

Career Development: Works in the business units. For Corporate Center somewhat more difficult. Move to executive or Head of... position very difficult. A lot of networking required. A lot of external hires blocking the way up. Work-life balance: A lot of work, but doable. Once in the company, the salary is not adjusted except for 1 to 3% pa depending on performance.
