      Good benefits and progression opportunity but hard to increase basic salary over inflation levels

      Pros

      - Huge company, plenty of progression opportunities both domestically and internationally - Good benefits (high street discounts for almost every retailer you can think of, private GP access, childcare vouchers).

      Cons

      - Despite strong assessments in annual reviews its impossible to get inflation-equalling payrises. I'm told - and believe - that it's being blocked at the SVP level. - Very easy to become an anonymous cog in the big yellow machine. If you like to hide in the masses that's good but it's hard to really stand out.

      Great place to work if you are a hardworking salesperson

      Pros

      Basic salary is okay, the commission structure is brilliant if you can hit the target week on week, flexible working as long as you are hitting your numbers, and supportive management. However, please note, if you are not performing things can look very different, if you are not performing you will be micro-managed.

      Cons

      Service is pretty poor with the drivers being a massive problem for the business. This in turn will mean customers can leave you quite quickly so expect to lose at losing around 30% of your total customers is the norm which then effects your pocket.
