Pros

High interest on employees well-being. Very good benefits. Working time mechanism allows for very high flexibility. The company also has goal of becoming a good employer and receives feedback by a yearly employee opinion survey.

Cons

Promotions are difficult to obtain. Also company long-term outlook, although stable, is uncertain.

Very german environment in Deutsche Post AG Close to internationals Pressure on people to learn German HQ is very strategic, learning is better in countries Work environment is not very social Announcements and trainings mostly in German Except Christmas dinners, there is no motivational activities or gatherings
