If you are a student, or if you have a degree in a relevant field, you can learn a lot and do some interesting projects.

Cons

Tarifvertrag. It kills all motivation in you to give your best because it doesn't matter how good you are, you will be always less paid than someone who is mediocre or worse but works there for 15–20 years. It is kind of settling into mediocrity. If you are over 40 and start there, you will always work with people that perform worse than you and get paid way more than you.

Great place to learn and grow. Perfect work-life balance; personal life is just as important as the professional one. Inclusive culture. The company does all that makes you happy at the office. A role model company!

Cons

Huge company, you occasionally lose view of the bigger picture and where your contribution goes. IT systems might hinder your job (under the pretext of ensuring security).
