      I am very happy working in the company as I am constantly challenged to develop and deliver realistic goals. On my team, there is a great work-life balance and a genuine concern for my personal well-being.

      Cons

      As a big company, the pace of change is slow. Some projects take years to be completed and simple tasks can take longer than usual.
