      - Trainings/Certifications are arranged to upskill from vendors at high cost. - Perfromance rating is not at individuals rather at unit level/product, - Build your own path to identify the niche technology to move to such projects.

      Cons

      - Legacy in project management and deliverabels. - Large company to understand the business, tech stake and collaboration
