      Awesome benefits, positive culture and they do take care of their employees, ask anyone they likely to stay long

      The structure is quite rigid, it had to, don't expect everything will evolve as fast as other techie companies

      - Some PMs really dont know how to PM-ing. - Promotion structure is not clear.
