Global company, good benefits, increasingly modern management, broad scope, support for innovative ideas, resilient company in an essential industry branch. Can be very fun to work with many great and innovative colleagues!

Cons

Very large company with still very hierarchical mindset, change is a slow process, often jumping on new trends or popular ideas, with insufficient critical consideration; often experienced by some as stiff corporate atmosphere, politically biased.
