Pros

DPDHL offers an incredible amount of opportunities, which you can seize for your personal and professional development. Due to the group's size (<500,000 employees) there is almost no job that does not exist within the company. Moreover, the group's business fields are way more interesting than one might expect and go far beyond the classic postal service - gaining some insights in the logistics industry is definitely exiting and worth trying!

Cons

A large group always faces the challenge of finding a good mixture between centralization and de-centralization. At the beginning, the organizational structure can be difficult to understand.

The most international company of the world! Great people with great values. This company has changed how I view people around the world.

Cons

As a former ministry, some parts of the company can still be perceived as old-fashioned. As a massive, global company, change is never fast or easy.
