- Industry Leadership - Visible investments into learning and development - Global career framework - Quite human touch for a company in the logistics industry - Especially in Bonn, Singapore, Columbus (Ohio) and Miami exciting functional jobs.

Cons

- Wages rather average compared to other Dax 30 companies - For career considerations, long service beats merits.

Pros

- various ways and opportunities to develop (personally and professionally), - no need to stick to one kind of area (e.g. HR) but due to the hugeness of the Group it is possible to change jobs and start a career in another field/area of work (cross divisional) - very good salary - time keeping (no unpaid overhours) - safe job - many chances, but what you make out of it is up to you (network!!)

Cons

- Due to size communication isn't always very good - As with every employer: a lot depends on your direct manager
