Dassault is bureaucratic and VERY hierarchical. It is the exact opposite of a flat management style. All information has to flow through Paris. The focus is entirely on quarterly sales and the culture is very salesy. Lots of BS marketing Powerpoint presentations. They acquire smaller companies faster than they can integrate them. The company is confusingly divided into brands internally (CATIA, SIMULIA, etc).

Engage in too many topics at the same time. Very bad in execution. Very political. Difficult to get things done. Very French, headquarter centric. Few power in goes. Somewhat chaotic, don't execute on plan. Big gap between Marketing promises and reality. Still way to go with platform and product integration. Very difficult to make business with. Customer satisfaction is low. So is employer satisfaction. Seem to Buy companies without due diligence. Leads to irritation in the market.
