      Benefits are great. Compensation is starting to take a downfall. There used to be opportunities to move up There used to be team spirit The company is struggling through some changes. I want to believe that they will pull through, but there is no transparency.

      Too much reaction, not enough action. No one wants to be held accountable.

      - Pay is on the lower end - Not enough training for the job so you have to learn on your own - Everything is internal so you have to get used to their own systems for sofware development - Recruitment requires take home which takes a good amount of time to complete
