      Pros

      You don't get fired even if you don't work because it's a start up and they need you

      Cons

      Very money minded HR. Doesn't care for employees. Pure family business. Only they make money by making employees work like animals. All they do is showing off on facebook and twitter that they can fly business class and drive fancy cars. No hike at all. HR can fight and convince you that you are such a bad employee when your ask for hike. This is the place where employers get richer when employees just work hard like slaves

      I joined the company 1.2 years back and additional 8 months as I.C. Overall Experience: Excellent Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer Salary and Package: Best in the Industry with timely revision Environment: Friendly atmosphere, knowledge geeks, best resources and solutions for all questions related to Salesforce. It gives a feel of working in an MNC. "If you really deserve it you surely will get it" Feels like home being here with easily approachable management and brillient HR. Kudos for all. Best resources from the Salesforce ecosystem. No work pressure if you have the right skills or you're open to learn new things.

      Cons

      If you lack the skills and professional behaviour there's nothing for you here, this place is not for loosers as per my own view. No place for politics here and straight answers are expected.
