      Not a good Management and Project Handling Company

      Pros

      Nothing here ,just show up.There are very less Developers are there in that company .All are non technical guys only,conducting meetups and all its part of playing the game.I worked in Bangalore and cherthala.

      Cons

      Management is not good. No proper salary. Not that much Big Projects . Salary will be credited after 5th some times and CEO was flying here and there thats not a good sign.Poor management I worked on few projects.Chertala is a worst place to work. Show up everything ,Architecture design is very poor.They will send onsite to very worst countries

      Great Technical Team. Great mentors. CEO is an inspiring personality.

      Cons

      Poor leaders & HR. Pure play FAMILY BUSINESS. Some people don't understand the promises they're making when they make them. Today is 18th, not yet credited last month salary. Life is terrible. Look at the beautiful 5 star reviews, HR wrote those ( at least you are good at this, Close technical company and start marketing company)

      I am a current employee of this organisation and am extremely happy to be a part of this esteemed venture. Let me jot down some of the pros about this company- 1. Amazing work environment 2. All are open to your ideas presented and participate in bringing the best out of lot. 3. Good number of onsite and offsite customers. Generally USA clients, so good opportunity to work directly with clients. 4. The major attraction in this company is the CEO and the owner of this company. He has got this amazing energy and skills which will freshen up your career roadmap. He accepts your fault and guide how to rectify those rather than putting all the blame on us. 5. Very good career growth if you are aggresive to learn new things.

      There is always some cons in every organisation, so I am planning to be a part of the cons to make this organisation more successful.
