      Pros

      The HR was friendly. Trainings were good. Exams were great. Certified as Dell system expert. Its surrounding is great for technical support environment. Sr's and management were fair and has sense of responsibility to took care as a team. Salary and benefits is good.

      Cons

      The management is not that transparent. We are wondering at first on what was going on our Pasay site and in the end we ended crucial for our life to belong to Dell as direct company.

      Flexible timings is one of the main advantage with Dell. Not much work load. Good worflife/perosonal life balance.

      Monotonous job as one gets stuck with one single project for a long time.
