      Pros

      Excellent focus on work/life balance. They are also really good about allowing people to work remotely. Time off including vacation, personal business and holidays are good.

      Cons

      Minimal opportunities for promotions. Raises aren't always great.

      Flexible work from home schedule. Good pay and benefits. Have had good career promotions but no clear path to the next big job.

      Cons

      Leadership is not in tune with employees. Team morale is low due to projects timelines being very tight and on-shore team having little control over off-shore development team.
