Pros
Deloitte is a very well-respected brand around the world and for good reason. My coworkers are ambitious, learned, and very good at what they do. The professional development and networking opportunities are excellent, if you take advantage of them. Great benefits and "overall package."
Cons
If you don't have personal ambition, can't stand up for yourself and express your desires/needs, you will struggle with work/life balance and less than the best of opportunities. That said, this is a place that values people with personal ambition and goals -- if you can take advantage of the right opportunities and forge your own path, you will find success and happiness.
