Pros
Depends on the project. I worked for a digitization project which had a really cool and contemporary work culture following the loop approach and being pretty agile. Also, mostly the workers there were all pretty friendly and respectful. I felt very empowered and accepted as a woman in tech.
Cons
But still, a lot of the things are just holdings you back e.g. company size and many projects working on the same things... Also burocracy, The bigger our little project / startup within DB got, the more constraints and controls we had unfortunately. Also DB Experienced a lot of budget costs lately. There are also no benefits such as urban sports or even only 14€ for the Deutschlandticket (which is probbaly for legal reasons, but somehow other companies also can offer that).
