Pros

The bank has a really supportive and strong worker’s council. Work culture varies across different business divisions. You can develop your career but need to be willing to suck in the overly political environment.

Cons

Really bad IT infrastructure. Loyalty is valued more than actual skills so there’s a lot of unskilled people in higher positions. This results to good and capable people leaving the company.
