-Managers are awesome, at least up to Sr. Director -Pretty flexible working arrangements -Lots of benefits

Cons

-Leaned on ridiculously high stock price during covid as an excuse to pay less -Promos take forever and are forced to arbitrarily wait despite stellar performance -Often preferred hiring outside hires to promoting internally -Felt that they invested in benefits that apply to <1% of the workforce, thus justifying lower pay
