Great place to develop your sales career.

Pros

Great team and great people overall, I was really surprised at how much effort people go through to introduce themselves when you're a new starter. I'm only here a short while but feel very comfortable. As this was my first "proper" sales role, I needed as much training as I could get. The training didn't disappoint and the trip to Seattle definitely was a fantastic opportunity (my first trip to the US!) Snacks and drinks are great, lots of healthy options if you want. Senior management are really friendly and approachable.

Cons

As mentioned by others, some processes aren't clearly defined. But this is also an opportunity to help shape them. More DocuSign merch; I don't have anything DocuSign branded whereas the new starters now have welcome packs!

Amazing work environment, great benefits, company is growing like crazy, top notch talent... I really enjoy coming into work every day!

Cons

Not much, but if I have to be picky, there is no 401k match yet...
