Pros

Where to begin?? -Amazing culture and leadership -Great benefits for single employees -PTO, VTO, paid federal holidays -really enforces the necessity of a work-life balance -continuing education program -happy hours, team events, IMPACT Day -stock options, 401k -free food, catered end of quarters -good amount of upward mobility (company works with you to identify your strongest fit in the org) -continued training that is some of the best in the space

Cons

-compensation not as high as some similar roles in the greater Seattle area; however, if you value a work-life balance and enjoying your job, this is it!!

Pros

-Competitive salary -Benefits are great -Pregnancy leave is extremely generous (6 months for primary caregiver, 8 weeks for secondary) -The company is a rocket ship with a very bright future and lot of opportunities to still take advantage of -It never gets old telling people where I work and hearing "I love DocuSign!" -The people are great -Dan Springer (CEO) really knows what he's doing and inspires confidence throughout the organization.

Cons

- No 401k match yet - Engineering change request process can be painful
