Pros

Interesting Technology, good coworkers, nice offices.

Cons

Unrealistic Sales goals, high rates of turnover in Sales, management only interested in saving their own skin with no staff development. Too few people are making their number quarter after quarter.

Pros

great culture, great opportunity moving forward, leadership is very approachable.

Cons

Must be vocal about desire to get a promotion, huge growth often translates to many changes on the fly, some good, some bad

Pros

Energy everywhere, best marketers in the SaaS space, opportunity abounds as the market is just learning how to leverage the DocuSign platform, amazing software engineers building the product. Some (but few) amazing people working here.

Cons

Absolutely NO long term plan. SLT won't go on record for anything beyond the end of the quarter, product is not being built to support the Enterprise Customers which is where the value of the company is derived. Can't figure out how to do business outside of Financial Services, Wealth Mgt., and Insurance with the exception of a Telecommunications company here or there. The Company has wasted Millions hiring and firing sales teams that were amazing talent evangelizing a market that is still yet to see the value this platform brings. Surprisingly there's an old school premised base ERP method / approach to the whole business which is about as ironic as you can imagine. You won't find more expensive benefit package for a family and no 401k match.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Our management team is quite accessible and have we opened all sorts of new communications channels over the last year to flush out any ideas of how we can improve including monthly global leadership calls and quarterly All Company updates as well a our Need More Cowbell Chatter board. So your comment "they wouldn't listen anyway" is not one that resonates with me or that I find to be true. However, I respect that you might have a different experience and wish you well in your next endeavor.
