Work hard, play hard mentality. Great leadership, management and employees.

Cons

Excelling is extremely difficult - once you take a position, you'll be in that position for at least 2 years. Also, the pay could be a lot more competitive.

Team is working together to build a company to last. Customers love what we do and it feels great to assist them in changing their businesses. Very exciting to be part of the team now as we continue to grow our organization with some of the best talent in the world

Cons

The company is growing fast and it wasn't that long ago we were a small company. We are still developing the processes we need to scale the company while we ensure our customers are being successful. The work-life balance is a challenge - but as we grow it seems less taxing
