Pros

- Good benefits -Nice office

Cons

The MDR role can be challenging because your work depends so much on your relationship with the AE. We’re asked to meet with them regularly to keep things smooth, but it often feels like your job relies on whether they like you. Some AEs act like they manage MDRs, and if they have a bad day or don’t like you, they can make the work harder
