Pros

- The CEO is absolutely amazing. He is so charismatic, caring, down to earth, and personable. - The work that we are doing is really fun. There are so many new initiatives and exciting developments. Great time to be at this company. - The perks are pretty good now. The committee that deals with the snacks and company events are so amazing. They host events that are so cute and they really show that they care about us. They always take suggestions for snack options, and are open to feedback, and actually act on that feedback. - The team here is super passionate and highly motivated, and is fun to work with them

Cons

- The company is not mobile first - I wish they provided lunch every day

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Yes, Dan is a pretty great CEO. We are lucky. We will share the nice Shout Out with our friends in Workplace Services especially Kalani Hicks since it looks like you are based in SF. She and her team do great work.

Pros

I have never before worked with a company with such a clear vision of direction, including clarity on how they intend to get there. It is hard not to be inspired by the outlook of the company and its fantastic employees. Upper management is very accessible. As a new hire about a month in, I have already had several casual (and comfortable) conversations with a few C-levels (including the CEO); they really are in touch with their employees at all levels of the organization. No ivory tower syndrome that I have seen elsewhere. Docusign treats employees very well, with great perks and flexibility (which might vary by department). Every day I come to work, I'm eager and motivated to play my role in building excellent software that really makes a difference for our clients.

Cons

They are hiring a lot right now. The onboarding process is a bit overburdened. It took longer than expected to get up and running with hardware and software. However, the format new hire orientations and bootcamps have been fantastic.

Welcome aboard! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It's wonderful to hear that you agree with the company's direction and that you find senior management accessible. That's good feedback on the onboarding process. We will be sure to share it with the GOTS team.

Incredible First Job

Pros

I worked as an intern last summer and came on full-time this year. Though I have less than a year of experience to go off of, I can say with no doubt in my mind that this was the right place for me to start my career. It's a great place to grow and learn. Within engineering, I have had the privilege of being mentored and getting to work with some extremely bright people. Every conversation I have furthers my career and my ability to contribute as much as possible. On top of the incredible people the benefits are generous. DocuSign really cares about it's employees.

Cons

The compensation is on the lower end of the current market for engineers, especially in Seattle, but DoucSign is still growing and I think this is getting better from what I've heard. Other than that, no cons.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It's great to hear that you joined us full-time after an internship in Software Engineering. It's really important to continue to grow and learn always but especially important during your first few years on the job because you can leverage that knowledge going forward. It's like a retirement account -- put money in early and it will compound the rest of your working life. So kudos to you for recognizing that.
